6.4 You expressly understand and agree that Humanizer AI shall not be liable for any damages resulting from: (i) detection of processed content by any system; (ii) academic, professional, or legal consequences of using the service; (iii) any actions taken by third parties based on your use of the service.
6.5 IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Indemnification

8. Subscription and Payments

8.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
8.3 Humanizer AI reserves the right to change pricing with thirty (30) days notice.
8.4 Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, subject to reasonable use limits.
8.5 We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or excessive usage.
